When you join Newington V.A. FCU, your first account will be a Share Savings Account, which requires a minimum balance of $50.00 that determines your share of the credit union experience. This account establishes your membership and allows you to establish a pattern of saving on a regular basis.

Christmas Club Savings

Don’t get caught during the holidays with no funds to pay for those many gift purchases! Plan ahead with Newington V.A. FCU’s Christmas Club Savings Account, into which you can contribute money on a consistent basis throughout the year via payroll deductions, direct deposit, or your regular deposits. Once a year, usually at the end of October, all funds will be transferred to your Share Savings account automatically for you to use.
